The Singapore government has decided to cut the private housing supply by reducing land sales from first half of 2019. This will bring the supply to lowest level in 12 years. Analyst forecasts that the move will ease the situation for developers who are trying to sell off their existing offerings before the upcoming policy of mandated increase in average sizes of apartment. Riverfront Residences prices are the most affordable in 2018 and will continue to be so in 2019.
